最近在看李叔同的《索性做了和尚》，在《敬三宝》中有这么一段：
兹附有告者，厦门、泉州神庙甚多，在家人敬神，每用猪鸡等物。岂知神皆好善而恶杀，今杀猪鸡等物而供神，神不受享，又安能降福而消灾耶？惟愿自今以后，痛革此种习惯，凡敬神时，亦一例改用素食，则至善矣。
也许回家时应该劝劝家人，改用素食来敬神，以免大不敬。
